CHAMROUSSE

The Chamrousse ski resort is located just at the entrance to an area known as the Belledonne, only 30km from Grenoble. It is made up of two small towns: Chamrousse 1650 (Nook) and Chamrousse 1750-1700 (Roche Beranger - Arselle Ski Area) which are interconnected by ski slopes. The resort is cleverly built within the forest and has exceptional panoramic views overlooking Grenoble on the valley floor...

Few words about Chamrousse resort:

Chamrousse 1650
This mountainside, the ski birthplace of Chamrousse, offers the most difficult slopes of the ski area (red and black ones) but remains accessible to beginners. This is the most wooded part of the ski area and you can ski among fir trees. Some areas are not groomed to enable skiers looking for powder to practise safely.
